Firmeza Apartment by Amber Star Rent is a new, modern and practical apartment located in the media center of Porto city. It is located on the 1st floor of a refurbished building consisting of 3 floors with no elevator.
The apartment has easy access to various tourist attractions and the shopping area. Next to the building, there are several public means of transport, among which we can highlight the Metro station “Bolhão” at 350 meters which gives access to other regions of the city.
It is also 400 meters from downtown Porto, 400 meters from Santa Catarina Street, and 1.3 km from Luís I Bridge.
The studio apartment is divided into different areas. The living and kitchen areas are in open space, a full bathroom is found within the space, and, a sleeping area that can be separated from the living room by a movable wall.
The living area has a sofa bed ideal for 2 people, a bench with a TV and a dining table.
The TV broadcasts a wide selection of channels in several languages.
The kitchen has a microwave, hob, extractor, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Also in this area, you can find some equipment that will make your stay even more practical, such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwashing detergent.
The bathroom is complete, with a shower, hairdryer, and amenities such as toilet paper and shower gel.
Among other equipment, we highlight air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath towels (free of charge), ironing board, and iron.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 1 more child up to 2 years old if using a crib.
It is possible to add a cot free of charge for a child up to 2 years old (subject to availability).
